Job summary

Loro Piana is seeking a Client Advisor in Toronto to deliver exceptional service and drive sales within a luxury retail environment. You will build lasting client relationships, deliver tailored product recommendations, and uphold the brand’s high standards of presentation and service.

The role requires strong product knowledge, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team to meet and exceed sales goals. Training and exclusive LVMH discounts are included.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
