North American Freight Group is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Barrie, Ontario to manage end-to-end FTL/LTL shipments across Canada and the United States. The role focuses on carrier relationships, rate negotiations, and proactive shipment tracking to ensure world-class service levels for clients.
The position is full-time, in-office, with a salary range of $50,000 to $65,000 CAD based on experience, and reports to the Operations Manager.

The Operations Coordinator plays a key role in our transportation operations, responsible for planning and executing full truckload (FTL) and less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments across Canada and the United States. As a valued team member, this individual ensures world class service levels for our clients by managing carrier relationships, negotiating rates, and proactively tracking shipments to completion.
