Job summary

ALS is hiring a Logistics Coordinator for our St. John's operation. The role involves coordinating the flow of work, delivering bottle orders and samples to clients, and processing received materials into the ALS network.

The successful candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a strong client-focus. Responsibilities include organizing orders, verifying accuracy, and performing weekly stock counts while following safety protocols and internal SOPs.

Qualifications

• Good English communication in speech and writing.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use MS Office.
• Organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Valid, clear driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bottle orders and samples to client offices.
• Pick up, package and ship samples with couriers.
• Organise, prioritise, and track orders.
• Review bottle orders for accuracy and errors.
• Process return shipments for laboratory supplies.
• Take weekly stock counts.
• Trace lost or late shipments and address claims.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and couriers.
• Label verification and compliance with SOPs.
• Support regional operations as required.
