Job summary

ALS seeks a Laboratory/Warehouse Assistant – Workflow Operator to coordinate sample movement, tracking, and storage while supporting weighing and batching activities. You will help ensure samples are available when needed, accurately tracked, and promptly returned to storage.

Ideal candidates maintain organized work areas, follow safety rules, and communicate any workflow concerns to supervision. Training will be provided for successful applicants.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and consistently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement, tracking, staging, and storage of client sample boxes.
• Support weighing and batching processes; ensure samples are available when needed.
• Maintain accurate sample movement and storage practices.
• Follow procedures, work instructions, and production schedules while ensuring quality.
• Communicate workflow or equipment concerns to the supervisor or manager.
