Tasks

1. Compile orders and instructions received from customers
2. Oversee operational logistics of the organization
3. Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization
4. Track and complete work orders
5. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
6. Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments
7. Prepare and submit reports
8. Maintain work records and logs
9. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
10. Co-ordinate traffic flow of supplies
11. Provide customer service
12. Co-ordinate, assign and review work
13. Communicate with ships, aircraft and other remote operations
14. Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
