Job summary

Nippon Express Canada Ltd. is seeking an Operations Support Coordinator at the Vancouver Branch in Richmond, BC. You will execute the shift's order fulfillment plan using WMS to allocate orders, replenish stock, and move inbound/outbound freight with focus on accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires perishable shipments handling experience and flexibility to work Sunday through Saturday (35/40 hours per week), with opportunities for career growth and comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Strong communication and professional conduct.
• Excel and Word proficiency, ability to document processes.
• Ability to work Sundays to Saturdays and adapt hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and KPI data.
• Oversee order processing and staff oversight to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare progress reports on discrepancy resolution.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, storing and inventory movements.
• Ensure FIFO, cycle counts and proper LMS/WMS usage.
