Our Vancouver branch plays a key role in ensuring efficient distribution and accurate inventory management across the region.

Why This Role Matters

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Control Coordinator to support the smooth flow of materials into the Vancouver branch. In this role, you will ensure accurate receiving, proper inventory controls, reliable paperwork flow, and ongoing communication with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams. Your work is essential in maintaining stock accuracy, preventing product loss, and upholding high operational standards.

What You’ll Do
  • Receive incoming products using P21 and ensure all quantities and documentation are accurate.
  • Monitor back orders and follow up to ensure timely replenishment and customer satisfaction.
  • Order and receive Flextile products in collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor inventory levels for stocked items and identify replenishment requirements.
  • Perform inventory adjustments, manage write-offs, complete cycle counts, and support ongoing efforts to improve inventory accuracy.
  • Manage paperwork flow and ensure timely submission of required documents to Toronto.
  • Communicate with carriers, branches, and manufacturers to resolve discrepancies, clarify information, and support efficient material flow.
Who You Are
  • 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, logistics, warehouse operations, or administrative roles.
  • High school education; technical or college coursework an asset.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Comfortable working with systems, numbers, and structured processes.
  • Able to investigate discrepancies and solve problems independently.
  • Strong communicator who collaborates well with warehouse, office teams, and external partners.
  • Comfortable working in ERP or inventory systems (experience with P21 is an asset).
  • Able to shift between tasks and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Proactive, reliable, and takes initiative to support inventory accuracy.
