Job summary

IonomrInnovations Inc. in Vancouver, BC is seeking a Logistics Technician to manage warehousing, inventory, order fulfillment, and coordination of transport activities, including creating waybills and commercial invoices.

The ideal candidate will ensure operational efficiency, maintain accurate inventory, and adhere to health and safety standards while collaborating with Operations to meet timelines. Compensation ranges CAD 56,000–CAD 60,000 per year; on-site, Vancouver, BC.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in a logistics role.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of S&OP concepts.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming products and store in inventory.
• Monitor and maintain current inventory levels and accuracy.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders; process returns.
• Oversee receipt of shipments; inspect quality and quantity.
• Coordinate with transportation providers to schedule shipments.
• Maintain and update the Shipping Dashboard.
• Ensure safety procedures and PPE are followed.
• Address and resolve issues affecting efficiency and delays.
