Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse or logistics teams.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, orient, train, schedule, manage and discipline operations staff.
• Develop productivity, quality and cost metrics to achieve results.
• Lead and coach staff with clear feedback and recognition.
• Ensure timely distribution of inbound/outbound freight per standards.
• Prepare management reports and safety/compliance documentation.
• Oversee safety programs and adherence to regulations.
