Job summary

The role requires at least 3 years of supervisory experience in warehousing or logistics, strong safety knowledge (Dangerous Goods/WHMIS), and proven leadership. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with OHSA and collective agreements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or management role in warehouse or logistics.
• Experience in warehouse sortation is required.
• Knowledge of Dangerous Goods/WHMIS handling.
• Familiarity with Collective Agreements and OHSA.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
