Job summary

The position requires 1–3 years in customer service and proficiency with MS Office; English and Korean language skills are an asset. The contract runs through March 31, 2028, with a salary range of CAD 45,000–52,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer service environment.
• Experience in dispatching, transportation, or logistics coordination is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
• Fluency in English and Korean is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate goods movement by optimizing delivery routes and schedules for maximum efficiency.
• Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations and quickly address any issues that arise.
• Monitor shipments in real time and provide updates to internal teams and customers as needed.
• Identify and resolve transportation challenges to minimize delays and disruptions.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and tracking information.
• Ensure compliance to safety regulations, shipping standards, and company policies.
• Continuously improve logistics processes to enhance service quality and reduce operational costs.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
