Job summary

Pasona N A, Inc. in Toronto is seeking an International Logistics Coordinator / Administrator to manage import/export operations, shipment coordination, and related documentation.

This role requires 2–3 years of logistics experience and offers growth through process improvements and digitalization. Work closely with internal teams, customers, and logistics partners across international trade, with a 9:00–17:00 on-site schedule in the GTA.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in logistics, import/export, or supply chain coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international import/export and domestic shipments, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, transportation companies, warehouses, and partners.
• Prepare and review shipping documents including bills of lading and customs instructions.
• Monitor shipment progress, resolve delays, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Support internal sales and administrative tasks, and assist with order processing and inquiries.
