Job summary

Pantos Logistics Canada Inc. in Toronto is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support clients and carriers, book appointments, and maintain accurate data.

You will work 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST, coordinate with teams, and help ensure timely updates and reporting. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in customer service, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and questions from customers to set up appointments.
• Reply to emails in the group inbox promptly.
• Book appointments by phone, email, or customer portal.
• Reschedule or cancel appointments as directed.
• Update LGE TMS with appointment details for visibility.
• Execute and distribute reports.
• Follow up with carriers for missed or changed appointments.
• Escalate unbookable appointments to Order Fulfillment team.
• Provide administrative support for tasks in a timely manner.

Job Duties

• Answer calls and any questions customers might have in setting up appointments.
• Reply emails in group email in a timely manner.
• Book appointments by calling, emailing or using customer portal.
• Re-schedule or cancel appointments as per direction provided.
• Update LGE TMS with accurate appointment information to provide visibility to all the teams.
• Execute and distribute reports.
• Follow up with carriers, for missed appointments or appointment changes.
• Escalate any appointments unable to be booked to Order Fulfillment team.
• Provide administrative support in completing all tasks assigned in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

• 1-3 years’ experience in a customer service environment.
• Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in a third-party logistics (3PL) environment preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and resourceful with a proactive attitude
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST

Salary Range

$24 - $24 CAD
