About This Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various aspects of our supply chain operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure smooth flow of goods
  • Monitor inventory levels and work with procurement team to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Track shipments and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Resolve any logistics-related issues that may arise during transportation
Documentation & Compliance
  • Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation
  • Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations
  • Manage customs documentation for international shipments
  • Maintain detailed records of all logistics activities
Customer Service
  • Communicate with clients regarding shipment status and delivery schedules
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve logistics-related concerns
  • Provide exceptional customer service to maintain client satisfaction
  • Coordinate with customer service team to address any delivery issues
Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to optimize logistics processes
  • Collaborate with team members to implement efficiency improvements
  • Analyze logistics data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation industry
  • Experience with logistics software and tracking systems
  • Knowledge of shipping and customs procedures
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
