Qualifications

• Education: college diploma or bachelor degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–5 years in logistics/transport coordination is an asset but not required.
• Demonstrates high standards of customer service and accuracy.
• Strong organizational, time-management and multi-priority skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transportation activities to ensure timely product movement to customers and distribution locations.
• Schedule and communicate shipments with carriers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and track shipments, addressing transportation issues or delays.
• Identify cost-effective transportation solutions while maintaining service levels.
• Maintain transportation records and ensure accurate data entry in company systems.
• Analyze logistics processes and identify opportunities for improvements and cost savings.
• Assist with carrier relationship management and transportation planning.
• Support inventory, shipping, and logistics reporting requirements.
• Develop contingency plans to minimize transportation disruptions.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
