Job summary

BFG Enterprise in Markham, Ontario, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to coordinate the timely movement of products, update tracking systems, and communicate with carriers and clients. You will manage shipping schedules, prepare documentation for loading, and verify deliveries to ensure accuracy and SLA compliance.

The role requires college-level logistics training, 1–3+ years in logistics, and experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Completion of college degree/diploma in Logistics or Distribution.
• 1–3+ years of experience in logistics, service operations, or supply chain coordination.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation.
• Experience in ServiceNow and/or other ERP systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and organize work.
• Experience in customer service management is an asset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage priorities to meet shipping volumes.
• Ensure that customer orders are delivered on time and in full as per service level agreements.
• Provide shipping department with schedules and documentation for next day loading.
• Verify completion of applicable delivery documentation.
• Confirm deliveries have been made and resolve discrepancies.
• Act as liaison between logistics and program management.
• Communicate daily with carriers, freight forwarders and clients in coordinating pick-up and delivery of shipments when required.
• Coordinate product flow from receiving warehouse, assembly, and shipping on a timely and accurate basis.
• Report on issues, gaps and take corrective action where required.
• Comply with environmental, health & safety, recycling, sustainability efforts and quality assurance policies and standards.
• Prepare reports, metrics and analysis with MS Office, Oracle NetSuite and ServiceNOW for distribution within the organization.
• File maintenance, including invoices, waybills, international shipment, storage, daily shipment, inventory and monthly shipping lists.
• Expedites, traces and verifies shipment delivery, audits freight bills, files carrier damage claims and updates carrier contract information.
• Perform any other duties as required.

Coordinates the timely movement of products to meet contractual commitments and client needs. Update systems and carrier tracking to internal/external stakeholders, customs coordination, confirmations and related activities for the movement of products. Daily activities include file creation, in-transit report submission, disbursements and usage, Min and Max report etc.
