Silver Hills is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage daily movement of goods, schedule shipments, and track orders. You will liaise with carriers, warehouses, and customers to ensure on-time delivery and issue resolution, while providing excellent service to all stakeholders.

The role emphasizes organization, communication, and adaptability in a fast-paced, family-owned environment focused on healthy living and community impact.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of work experience in transportation, logistics and/or relevant background (preferred).
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Solid computer skills including MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers, suppliers and customers.
• Track shipments in transit and proactively communicate delays or changes to stakeholders.
• Prepare and review shipping documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on load scheduling and dock appointments.
• Support continuous improvement within the Logistics team.
• Resolve shipping discrepancies, damages and claims with carriers and customers.
