Job summary

GFL Environmental is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support daily service activities and ensure accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction. This role acts as a central point between Operations, Laboratory, Logistics, Fleet, and Billing to streamline workflows and service delivery.

Travel within the GTA (Hamilton - Brantford - Mississauga) is required. The candidate will manage service changes, verify inventories, document waste receipts, and assist with scheduling outbound shipments.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in business administration or related fields is considered an asset.
• G License and access to personal vehicle is preferred for role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support schedule services and customer service changes.
• Act as liaison between Dispatch, Laboratory, and Operations to track waste inventories.
• Document receipt of incoming waste using manifests, bills of lading, and work orders.
• Complete waste receiving in OMS and support billing review.
• Support dispatch service calls and routing plans.
• Perform end-of-day driver check-ins and data entry.
