Delivery & Inventory Coordinator

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Delivery & Inventory Coordinator to help us keep our operations running smoothly and ensure our products reach customers on time and in perfect condition.

This position operates 3-5 days a week (depending on production) with an average shift length of 5 hours.

Responsibilities

As our Delivery Driver & Inventory Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in our day-to-day operations. Your primary responsibility will be managing deliveries, ensuring that our soups and products are transported safely and efficiently to their destinations. You’ll also oversee inventory, keeping track of stock levels and ensuring everything is organized and accounted for.

This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent time management skills, and a dedication to maintaining high standards. From managing delivery schedules to coordinating with vendors and ensuring accurate inventory records, you’ll be an essential part of our team’s success.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone with the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of driving experience with a clean driving record (driver’s abstract required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive and dependable attitude, with the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with inventory management is a plus, but a willingness to learn is equally valued.
