Job summary

Pattison Food Group is hiring a Delivery Driver for Save-On-Foods in West Vancouver, BC. You will deliver groceries, work with the online shopping team, and ensure a high level of customer service.

The role requires a valid BC Class 5 license, a clean driving abstract, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, in all weather and shifts. Benefits include weekly pay, pension eligibility, wellness programs, and educational support.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service-related role.
• A valid, full BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Serving It Right certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries in a fully equipped van with customer-first service.
• Coordinate with online shopping and customer service to resolve issues.
• Operate the delivery vehicle safely and maintain it in clean, roadworthy condition.
• Support the team and perform other duties as assigned.

We are hiring for a Delivery Driver at our Save-On-Foods location in West Vancouver, BC.

You will be responsible for:

• Delivering groceries in a fully equipped van and providing exceptional customer-first service.
• Working with the online shopping team and customer service center to resolve customer service recovery situations involving returns, refunds, etc.
• Achieving operational standards for the Online Shopping Department.
• Operating the delivery vehicle safely adhering to the rules of the road.
• Maintaining the delivery vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness and roadworthiness.
• Other duties as assigned.

You have:

• A valid, full class 5 provincial driver's license from BC.
• A clean driver's abstract.
• A current Serving It Right certification or willing to obtain.
• Experience in a customer service-related role.
• A strong work ethic and "let's get it done" attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, prolonged sitting, bending, climbing, pushing, and making deliveries in all weather conditions, both days and evenings.
• Proficiency in using mobile technology, including GPS applications and smartphones.
