Job summary

Civeo Crown Services Employees LP is seeking a Maintenance Worker for a lodge near Fort McMurray, AB. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, safety checks, and light repairs. The role involves a 21 days on / 7 days off rotation, with potential day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Applicants should have experience in building maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. First Aid is an asset, and strong English communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience working in building maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Current driver’s abstract.
• First Aid certification is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Able to move, lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly and monthly maintenance tasks and keep records of maintenance procedures.
• Assist with safety compliance and routine building upkeep.
• Replace light bulbs and clean mechanical/maintenance areas.
• Repair doors, locks, closets and install blinds.
• Respond to basic emergency maintenance requests.
• Clean or replace air filters and maintain cleanliness of lodge areas.
• Perform grounds maintenance and snow/ice removal as needed.
• Handle garbage removal and general duties as assigned.
