Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited (P&H) in Winnipeg, Manitoba, is seeking a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to support our enterprise learning platform. You will help ensure the LMS is well configured, integrated, compliant, and easy to use across business units, reporting to the Talent Management Director.

With 3+ years of LMS experience, you will handle user access, learning paths, and compliance, support integrations with UKG Pro and Active Directory, manage content, and drive

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Learning and Development, HRIS, or related field.
• 3+ years of LMS administration or HR tech experience.
• Experience with enterprise LMS implementations or transitions.
• Strong LMS configuration, reporting, and data governance knowledge.
• Experience with system integrations and digital learning formats (SCORM).
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong systems-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams at various levels.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day LMS administration, including user access and course assignments.
• Configure role-based learning paths, certifications, and compliance training.
• Support integration with UKG Pro and Active Directory.
• Ensure data accuracy, reporting, dashboards, and audit-ready training records.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide user support.
• Upload and maintain learning content, including eLearning and videos.
• Support SMEs and L&D teams with course setup and content records.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of the enterprise LMS.
