Job summary

PulseLearning seeks an experienced Learning Management System Administrator to drive end-to-end deployment of Global L&D solutions across CMS, GLMS, virtual classrooms, Degreed and MTM. You will manage content sites, reporting and standards while coordinating with ITS, Digital HR and cross-functional teams.

This remote Canada-based role supports LTE deployments, requires 3–5 years in global L&D projects, and includes a 4-month contract with 37.5 hours per week, starting September 1, 2026.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in L&D deployment in global/complex environments.
• Experience deploying learning solutions across CMS, GLMS, virtual classrooms and Degreed/MTM.
• Proven ability to manage content sites and coordinate cross-functional deployments.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of learning solutions across LTE platforms (CMS, GLMS, virtual classrooms, Degreed, MTM).
• Manage creation of content sites, sub-sites and pages for organized hosting of materials.
• Provide reporting on deployed content and maintain content standards per Global L&D processes.
• Collaborate with ITS, Digital HR and stakeholders to address issues and implement enhancements.
• Coordinate large-scale deployment projects and support Train-the-Facilitator, Virtual Classrooms and ILT sessions.
