Job summary

Reena in Canada seeks a Learning and Development Systems Coordinator to manage Reena's Learning Management System (LMS) and learning administration processes, ensuring accurate training records and compliant reporting across the organization.

The role collaborates with internal stakeholders to support accessible and efficient learning, coordinates LMS configurations, enrolments, and pathways, and helps implement new LMS functionalities within a mission-driven, inclusive nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• Three-year diploma or degree in a related field.
• Minimum one year of experience supporting learning and development, training administration, LMS, or related role.
• Experience administering or supporting an LMS is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Administers the day-to-day operation of Reena's LMS and related learning platforms.
• Maintains learner profiles, enrolments, course configurations and system settings.
• Generates reports to support compliance and audits; ensures data accuracy.
• Supports integration of learning platforms and updates LMS functionality.
