Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Live-Out Building Superintendent for our Burlington, ON property. The role runs Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00, with a compensation of CAD 52,000 per year.

You will maintain a clean, safe environment, report deficiencies to the Property Manager, respond to emergencies, and coordinate with contractors and residents. Qualifications

• Experience with condominiums preferred.
• Must know BAS; building machinery (boilers, chillers, pool, etc.).
• Strong customer service experience with residents.
• Knowledgeable of maintenance schedules and building systems.
• Proficiency with email and emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe environment and report deficiencies to Property Manager.
• Respond to emergencies; coordinate with contractors and residents.
• Check mechanical room and manage garbage; learn all rooms.
• Perform small repairs in common areas; prevent maintenance issues.
• Enforce condominium rules and assist in daily management tasks.
