Job summary

Diamond Property Services Inc. seeks a condominium superintendent to oversee daily operations, respond to resident concerns, and manage on-site maintenance at a Toronto property.

The role requires 2+ years in condo or residential building operations, strong building systems knowledge, emergency response experience, and on-call availability. You will coordinate with contractors, supervise maintenance schedules, and ensure common areas meet safety and quality standards, living on-site.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a condominium superintendent or in residential building operations.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire and life safety systems, general repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Knowledge of emergency response in a residential building environment.
• Experience communicating with residents and coordinating with contractors.
• Eligibility to work in Canada.
• Availability for on-call contact at all times.
