Job summary

Diamond Property Services Inc in Oakville, Ontario, is seeking a reliable Building Superintendent to oversee daily maintenance, cleaning, safety, and operations of a residential condo building.

The role covers inspections, HVAC and boiler monitoring, fire safety inspections, logs, and coordinating contractors, deliveries, move-ins and move-outs, with a focus on prompt response to emergencies and courteous resident service. The schedule is 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Qualifications

• Experience as Building Superintendent or in building maintenance.
• Knowledge of building systems and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergencies and report issues to Property Management.
• Provide courteous and professional assistance to residents and owners.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience as a Building Superintendent or in building maintenance is preferred.
