Qualifications

• Cleaning experience is required.
• Maintenance skills are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Daily life safety checks and fire log maintenance.
• Inspect boiler/electrical rooms and inventory.
• Inspect grounds, floors, and entrances; list deficiencies.
• Coordinate trades, suppliers and contractors on approved POs.
• Handle rental payments and banking tasks.
• Prepare and process inspections and tenant notices.
