Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness of common areas, corridors, stairwells and elevators.
• Prepare suites for new residents.
• Perform minor maintenance throughout the building.
• Coordinate with contractors for additional maintenance projects.
• Grounds maintenance including salting sidewalks and minor snow removal on walkways.
• Address tenant concerns promptly and effectively.
• Maintain positive relations with tenants.
• Show suites to prospective tenants.
• Collect and record incoming rents.
• Assist with move-in and move-out process.
• Maintain building logs.
