Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar property management role is preferred.

• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations, cleaning, minor repairs and show units as needed.
• Provide first-line problem solving for tenant issues and build relationships.
• Coordinate onsite trades and supervision of contractors.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in on-call rotations, enforcing building rules.
• Handle winter snow removal and salting of entrances.
