Job summary

Pan American Properties is seeking a Live-In Maintenance Manager for our apartment building in Summerside, PEI. The role reports to the APM Properties Team and entails on-site management, maintenance, and tenant relations for a Charlottetown-area property.

Qualifications

• Proven communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to make minor repairs and coordinate with specialists for complex work.
• Previous experience as a building superintendent or property maintenance is an asset.
• Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.

• Cleaning and general maintenance of interior and exterior of property.
• Managing on-site daily activities.
• Tenant relations, inquiries and shared on-call duties.
• Building and maintaining positive professional tenant relationships.
