Pan American Properties is seeking a Live-In Maintenance Manager for our apartment building in Summerside, PEI. The role reports to the APM Properties Team and entails on-site management, maintenance, and tenant relations for a Charlottetown-area property.

Qualificações

• Proven communication skills, both written and oral.

Live in Maintenance Manager

Pan American Properties is an Island owned development company that has been operating for over 20 years in the commercial, retail and industrial sectors.

Pan American Properties would like to invite qualified, enthusiastic individuals to apply for the following career opportunity: Live-In Maintenance Manager for one of our properties in Summerside, PE.

PURPOSE:

This role will report directly to the APM Properties Team and provide the following services to our Apartment Building in Charlottetown and be responsible for:

• Cleaning and general maintenance of interior and exterior of property
• Managing on-site daily activities
• Tenant relations, inquiries and shared on-call duties
• Building and maintaining positive professional tenant relationships

Wage: $2400 per month to manage the property. An apartment is available for rent at $1850 per month including utilities.

• This is a contract position, an apartment will be provided in the building, but the applicant is required to pay full rent.
• The applicant will be on call for basic maintenance within the apartment building and will be paid $2400 per month even when there is no work.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to make minor repairs and recommend more specialized workers for complex repairsPrevious experience as a building superintendent or property maintenance is an asset
