Responsibilities

• Serve as the cultural leader for the 50|50 program, setting a high-energy, accountable team environment at events.
• Lead 50|50 Ambassador performance management by providing coaching and regular training.
• Own workforce planning by assessing roster capacity and recruitment needs.
• Partner with the 50|50 Operations Supervisor to align staffing plans with event requirements.
• Co-supervise the 50|50 Team Leads ensuring engagement and execution to standards.
• Plan team-building and recognition programs that reinforce MLSE values.
