Job summary

Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership is seeking a 50|50 Staff Supervisor to lead, develop, and support our part-time event staff across all MLSE venues. You will manage staffing, scheduling, coaching, and performance to deliver an outstanding fan experience while driving revenue and team growth.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching ability, and excellent organizational and communication skills, with flexibility for evenings and weekends at high-volume events.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of frontline teams.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and supervise staff.
• Strong organizational skills for high-volume events calendar.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and feedback delivery.
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Flexible evenings, weekends and holidays for live events.

Responsibilities

• Lead 50|50 Ambassador performance with coaching and training.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning for events.
• Identify staffing needs and advise on recruiting to maintain a top team.
• Collaborate with Operations Supervisor to align staffing with event priorities.
• Co-supervise Team Leads and drive team-building and recognition programs.
