Job summary

Tayco is seeking a Samples Fulfillment Coordinator to manage Tayco and BRC literature programs, inventory control, order fulfillment, replenishment, shipping and distribution. You will work with Marketing, Procurement and carriers to ensure timely deliveries and accurate fulfillment.

You will review inventory data, prepare reports, support promotional programs, and help improve literature processes and operations. This is an on-site role in Ontario.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Tayco and BRC's literature programs, ensuring the availability and distribution of literature, samples, and promotional materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate low-stock items or shortages to the Marketing Material Supervisor.
• Coordinate order fulfillment and distribution, including packing and shipment of materials.
• Communicate with internal and external customers regarding orders, availability, delivery requirements, and inquiries.
• Coordinate receipt, organization, storage, and distribution of incoming marketing materials.
• Maintain Kanban system and coordinate replenishment with the supervisor.
• Perform routine inventory counts and update records.
• Submit weekly replenishment requests through Procurement based on usage and stock.
• Resolve logistics issues with third-party shipping providers to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Prepare and coordinate sample and promotional kits according to campaigns and distribution needs.
• Assist with distribution of promotional mailouts supporting campaigns and dealer engagement.
• Coordinate artwork updates and literature revisions with the Marketing Supervisor.
• Collaborate with Marketing Team to improve literature processes and efficiency.
• Create and print labels, assemble sample rings and kits with accuracy.
