Job summary

Tayco is seeking a Samples Fulfillment Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operation of literature programs for Tayco and BRC. This includes inventory control, material flow, order fulfillment, replenishment, shipping, and distribution, working with Procurement, Marketing, and third-party carriers.

You will review inventory data with the Marketing Material Supervisor, prepare regular reports, and support promotional sample programs while helping improve literature processes and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong general computer proficiency, ability to troubleshoot routine issues.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Tayco and BRC’s literature programs, ensuring availability and distribution of literature, samples, and promotional materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate low-stock items or shortages to the Marketing Material Supervisor.
• Coordinate order fulfillment and distribution, including packing and shipment of literature and samples.
• Communicate with internal and external customers regarding orders and delivery requirements.
• Receive, organize, store, and distribute incoming marketing materials for easy access.
• Maintain Kanban system and coordinate replenishment based on inventory and usage.
