Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/cosmetic/natural health products industry.
• Experience in laboratory environments.
• Computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Log all incoming parcels and samples.
• Liaise with customers and laboratory staff for accurate sample information.
• Ensure compliance with in-house methodology.

Team collaboration

Good understanding of compendia resources

Familiarity with analytical chemistry

Knowledge of GMP and ICH guidelines

Fluent English communication

Education
