Responsibilities

• Prepare and present superior quality food using standardized recipes and portion sizes.
• Complete line check pars to ensure enough product is prepared and ready for service.
• Plate food to specifications to create a great dining experience.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as instructed.
• Keep work area, utensils, and equipment clean and sanitized at all times.
• Complete cleaning tasks outlined by management.
• Adhere to Food Safety policies and procedures.
• Complete Food Safety logs as required.
