Montana's is seeking a Line Cook in Canada. You will prepare and plate high-quality dishes using standardized recipes and portion sizes, ensuring consistent quality for service excellence.

Responsibilities include line checks, maintaining a clean station, and following opening/closing procedures while adhering to Food Safety policies. A flexible schedule and a positive, reliable attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality food using standardized recipes.
• Complete line checks and ensure sufficient product for service.
• Plate food to specifications for a great dining experience.
• Follow opening and closing procedures as instructed.
• Keep work area and equipment clean and sanitized at all times.
• Complete cleaning tasks and adhere to Food Safety policies.
• Maintain Food Safety logs as required.
