Montana’s is hiring a Line Cook at our 130th Ave location. You will prepare and present high-quality dishes using standardized recipes and portions in a fast-paced BBQ setting.

Responsibilities include line checks, maintaining food quality, proper plating, and strict adherence to Food Safety policies. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are available in a lively team environment.

Competenze

• Experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a high-volume BBQ setting.
• Reliable and punctual with a flexible schedule.
• Willing to assist with prep and dishwashing as needed.

We’re looking for friendly, down-to-earth Team Members who are passionate about cooking or serving the best BBQ in Canada and want to have a great time doing it.

Overview:

As a Line Cook, your primary focus will be preparing and presenting superior quality food using standardized recipes and portion sizes

What You Will Do In This Role

• Complete line check pars to ensure that enough product is prepared and kept ready for service
• Ensure the quality of food is outstanding each and every time
• Plate food to specifications to create a great dining experience
• Perform opening & closing procedures as instructed
• Keep your work area, utensils & product equipment in a clean, sanitized state at all times
• Complete cleaning jobs outlined by management teams
• Adhere to all Food Safety policies and procedures
• Complete Food Safety logs, as required
