Dakota Dunes Resort is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to recipes and quality standards. You will support the Sous Chef and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment.
Responsibilities include assisting with daily operations, following recipes, and ensuring high-quality plating for à la carte and banquet service. Teamwork, safety, and a proactive attitude are essential for success in this fast-paced setting.
The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking food to established recipes and quality standards while supporting the Sous Chef and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment.
Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. Dakota Dunes Resort is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
