Board ‘n’ Barrel in Peace River, AB is seeking a dependable kitchen team member for an on-site role. You will help plan menus, estimate ingredients, portion sizes and costs, and assist with daily meal preparation in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities include cooking complete meals and dishes, accommodating allergies or intolerances, inspecting work areas, supervising helpers, training staff, and keeping the kitchen clean and organized.

Qualifications

  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years experience in food service.
  • Ability to work on site in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
