Job summary

Pure Canadian Gaming Corp. in Edmonton is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our Food & Beverage team. You will prepare meals per outlined procedures, plate with style, and help maintain a fast-paced, warm kitchen environment to deliver consistent quality for guests.

You must be at least 18, have reliable transportation, be available evenings and weekends, and enjoy teamwork. Previous kitchen experience is an asset; there are opportunities for advancement, benefits after six months, and

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and able to obtain security clearance.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Own vehicle is required.
• Past kitchen experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job description

Were looking for the next great Line Cook! This Line Cook will report to the Head Chef and assist the Food & Beverage Team in providing "excellent quality" and "dynamic presentation" of all food items to our guests.

Job Duties

• Preparing meals as per outlined procedures and plating.
• Making allowances for special orders.
• Working in a fast paced, warm kitchen environment.
• Putting away food product orders.
• Product rotation.
• General cleanup maintenance of the line cook area.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Able to maintain a security clearance.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Own vehicle is required

Work Conditions
