Job summary

Pure Canadian Gaming Corp. is seeking a Line Cook to support the Head Chef and Food & Beverage team in delivering high-quality meals with dynamic presentation. You will handle meal prep, maintain cleanliness, and assist with special orders in a fast-paced kitchen, while staying flexible for evenings and weekends and maintaining standards of integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Able to maintain a security clearance.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Own vehicle is required.
• Previous experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to outlined procedures and plating standards.
• Accommodate special orders as needed.
• Work in a fast-paced, warm kitchen environment.
• Rotate and store food products appropriately.
• Keep the line cook area clean and organized.
• Assist with general kitchen duties as required.

Job Duties

• Preparing meals as per outlined procedures and plating.
• Making allowances for special orders.
• Working in a fast paced, warm kitchen environment.
• Putting away food product orders.
• Product rotation.
• General cleanup maintenance of the line cook area.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Able to maintain a security clearance.
