Job summary

PURE is seeking a Line Cook to join the Food & Beverage team and assist the Head Chef in delivering excellent quality and dynamic presentation of all menu items.

You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, prepare meals, rotate stock, and help with line cleanup. Evening and weekend shifts are required. This role offers benefits after six months and opportunities for advancement within a supportive, energetic group.

Job Duties

• Preparing meals as per outlined procedures and plating.
• Making allowances for special orders.
• Working in a fast paced, warm kitchen environment.
• Putting away food product orders.
• Product rotation.
• General cleanup maintenance of the line cook area.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Able to maintain a security clearance.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Own vehicle is required
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience is an asset.

Work Conditions

• Must be able to lift a maximum of 25-50 lbs. using proper lifting techniques
