About Staffing is assisting a growing manufacturing company in Calgary to hire an Inside Sales Specialist. You will build customer relationships, prepare quotations, coordinate product information, and collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations to move customer projects forward.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in sales or inside sales, strong communication skills, and a detail-oriented mindset. Lighting industry experience is a plus, but a solid sales foundation and eagerness to learn

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in sales or inside sales
• Experience with preparing quotations and handling customer requests
• Familiarity with technical products or lighting industry is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely quotations using ERP/CRM systems
• Respond to requests for bills of materials by researching pricing, availability and lead times
• Coordinate with customer experience and sales to manage orders, quotations and scheduling
• Support outside sales with quotations and strategy development
• Collaborate with engineering to obtain technical product information and identify alternatives
• Review drawings and orders to verify specifications and details
• Coordinate drawing requests and submit technical documentation to engineering
• Support sales/marketing initiatives and product training
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate updates to customers
• Apply analytical thinking to troubleshoot issues and adapt to priorities
