We are seeking an Auto Adjuster to join our team to provide stationary telephone adjusting services focused on quality and customer service. Regions serviced include Canada and the United States.

Aviva values flexibility and teamwork; this role will be hybrid, combining remote and in-office work.

Interested in handling claims for Lifestyle products such as collector cars, motor homes (RVs), and snowmobiles? Do you want to promote Aviva Specialty claims and deliver exceptional customer experiences? If yes, we want you on our team!

What you'll do:

• Review policies, appraisals, and reports to assess claim value, negotiate, and settle claims.
• Manage an active portfolio of Lifestyle Auto claims.
• Advise and counsel customers on Specialty product knowledge, providing timely and outstanding service.
• Operate within your designated authority, making independent decisions.
• Maintain detailed records according to protocols.
• Participate in projects and provide process feedback.
• Collaborate with regional claims teams.

What you'll bring:

• 1-2 years of claims adjusting experience, property and/or auto.
• A passion for Lifestyle claims.

Assets include:

• Completion or pursuit of Insurance Institute Program (CIP / FCIP).
• Post-secondary diploma or degree.
• Experience with specialty products like travel trailers, watercraft, seasonal dwellings.
