• 3+ years of Auto Claims Adjuster experience required.
• Strong knowledge of auto policy wordings and fault determination rules.

What it’s like to be a Northbridge Claims Adjuster, Auto

As a Claims Adjuster, you will be part of a dynamic team that values attention to detail while prioritizing the customer experience.

As an Auto Claims Adjuster, you will personally manage a portfolio of private vehicles, light, and/or heavy commercial claims — this means you will not be on a phone queue!

If you excel at:

• Investigating and evaluating complex claims thoroughly
• Negotiating and settling first and third-party personal and commercial claims
• Collaborating with Body Shops and Towing companies
• Handling stressful calls and communicating claims decisions clearly
• Managing a busy daily schedule effectively
• Providing excellent customer service

And possess:

• Post-secondary education in an insurance-focused or related program
• Progress towards or completion of the CIP designation
• At least 3 years of Auto Claims Adjuster experience
• Experience with commercial lines (asset)
• Strong knowledge of auto policy wordings and fault determination rules
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Effective communication skills with claimants, brokers, and vendors
