Bird&Be is a direct-to-consumer fertility brand on a mission to help people build families faster through our doctor-backed fertility products. About the Role

We’re seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager who’s obsessed with building journeys that educate customers, optimize outcomes, and grow revenue and lifetime value across our email, SMS, loyalty, and referral programs. This role is perfect for someone who is highly analytical, creative and is motivated by improving metrics like LTV, churn, and re-engagement rates.

In this role you will :

Manage all lifecycle marketing programs across email, SMS, loyalty, and referral.

Design, build and launch a Customer Loyalty program.

Increase email revenue contribution to overall revenue.

Boost SMS revenue through timely, personalized messaging.

Reduce customer churn and increase customer winback.

Increase referral program revenue.

Build reporting to track lifecycle KPIs and customer health metrics.

Use data to inform segmentation, content strategy, send frequency, and incentive structures.

Continually A / B test messaging, offers, and timing across all channels.

Partner with customer support, customer experience, product, and brand teams to ensure customers have a consistent experience across all channels.

Your Experience

Deep, hands-on understanding of Klaviyo, Recharge, Shopify, and loyalty platforms (we currently use Superfiliate)

Experience managing email and SMS marketing at a fast-paced DTC ecommerce company.

Successfully managed a loyalty or referral program.

Analytical mindset with a passion for improving KPIs and customer journeys.

Creative approach to driving customer engagement, loyalty and winback

Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-changing environment.

Familiarity with G Suite, Slack, and other modern tools.

Success Metrics

In this role, you will be measured by :

Increased email and SMS revenue contribution.

Improved customer retention and reduced churn rates.

Growth in loyalty program participation and impact.

Increased referral program participation and revenue.

Improved re-engagement rates across lapsed customer cohorts.

This is a salaried position working full-time hours. Option for a contract position may be available. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including irregular hours like some evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup including a reliable desktop / laptop with the latest OS and a stable internet connection.
