Role and Responsibilities
  • Serve as both a staff augmentation and strategic advisor for marketing operations for B2B Tech and SaaS clients.
  • Identify opportunities to grow our business with existing clients within the Marketing Operations line and beyond.
  • Stay updated on best practices in marketing operations including ABM, lead routing, sales qualification, etc.
  • Develop deep relationships within client organizations to ensure contract renewals.
  • Communicate directly with clients via email, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Become an expert in multiple martech and salestech tools to provide informed recommendations.
  • Own tasks and milestones within client projects, ensuring successful completion.
What You Offer
  • 2-3+ years of Hubspot, Pardot, and/or Marketo experience, managing multiple instances.
  • Understanding of marketing operations processes that drive revenue growth.
  • Data-driven approach with skills in reporting, dashboards, and analysis.
  • Ability to communicate directly with clients, including senior-level contacts.
  • Desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • Agency experience and direct client interaction experience required.

  • High client retention and positive feedback through NPS surveys.
